Karen AGC had a vibrant spirit but a quiet “digital door.”

 

With no dedicated creative department and a mountain of content to produce, the visual storytelling was a one person marathon.

Solution :

I treated the “voluntary” role like a high-end agency startup. Beyond just designing, I built a creative engine:

 

  • Visual Rebrand: Swapped cluttered flyers for sleek, cohesive series branding.

  • Multimedia: Blended candid photography with cinematic video recaps.

  • The Media Team: Recruited and mentored a crew of young creatives, turning a solo hustle into a sustainable digital powerhouse.
